That doesn't sound so good. Wonder what they're going to do to change it - they're swimming against the tide at the moment.

His demos aren't working and I'm not really impressed by his slides but he's engaging enough that I haven't left yet
If it's the same Pekka Kosonen from Forum Nokia I interviewed with 2 years ago, I could have been working in his team :P
